The hold period can be short or indefinite depending on the investors preference. We offer guidance on optimal portfolio structure, but allow for the flexibility to adapt to investor objectives.
Funds - Agilis Park FUnd Series
For high net worth individuals and RIAs seeking to invest $250,000 to $5MM, we have an open fund: Agilis Fund III, currently consisting of 3 assets and will be complete with 5-8 assets once the portfolio is fully deployed.
Currently the fund is 30% subscribed of the $15MM target. Fund investors benefit from being able to immediately deploy capital of any size within the amount listed above, into an existing fund and receive a turn-key investment, diversified across a portfolio of cash flowing properties, with a tax advantageous structure. The fund is approximately six months into a 5-7 year hold.
